Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our client in Australia.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications specific to the telecommunications environment.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in CISCO Unified Communications Manager is advantageous.
  • In addition to Cisco UC, experience in the desktop and network space is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of IT administration principles and best practices is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications (telco) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific systems and protocols is necessary.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications-specific software applications, billing systems, and customer management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of system security principles and best practices in the telecommunications (telco) industry.
