Job Description

We are seeking a skilled insurance estimating professional to provide full-time support. This role involves producing accurate estimates, interpreting scopes of loss, and managing communications with adjusters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure. They should be comfortable using phone/video conferencing, CRM/claim tracking systems, and basic office tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing Xactimate estimates for roof repairs and replacements
  • Verifying line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss
  • Managing scope of loss documents and coordinating with adjusters

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be responsive, proactive, and able to manage multiple claims concurrently.
