Channel Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our channel marketing function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational marketing, distribution, and direct sales business models.

  • Develop and execute the country's channel marketing strategy;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and contribute to the definition of the country commercial policy;
  • Responsible for marketing excellence challenges, including enrollment of channel partners, identification of geographic and segment markets, growth, and defense of markets, customer training
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate, deploy, and adapt the group's strategy in the country;
  • Lead the channel marketing function in the country to ensure cohesion between various sub-functions;
  • Ensure alignment between Sales team and Marketing team;
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong understanding of operational marketing, distribution, and direct sales business models, product lifecycle management, business and market development;
  • Familiarity with electrical distribution, power monitoring products, and energy efficiency solutions;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office user, excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, extensive experience in Management Report preparation and presentation;
  • Able to work under high pressure and dynamic environment;
