Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service team at Gear Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Handle client complaints and incidents in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement operational tasks and improve team performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing a team of at least 15 members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office applications and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
