We are seeking an Account Development Manager (Food & Beverages) to join our team at Eurofragance Philippines Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and sampling to meet customer needs
  • Providing price quotations and following up on customer submissions and queries

This includes identifying, evaluating, and driving business growth through new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. You will partner with our Marketing team to prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and innovations.

Maintaining customer information and database related to the accounts is also a crucial aspect of this role. You will develop comprehensive action plans driven by a thoughtful understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths, and weaknesses, and competition data.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role within the flavour or food ingredients industry
  • Strong network within the F&B manufacturing sector
  • Good technical knowledge of food products and flavour applications
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention
  • Experience with preparing client reports, managing CRM platforms, and the MS Office suite
