Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure proper classification of expenses, income, and other financial activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts promptly.
• Maintain an organized filing system for invoices, receipts, and financial records.

Payroll & Tax Compliance:
• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Calculate and process tax deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related adjustments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, sales tax, and income tax reporting.

Financial Reporting:
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Generate key financial documents, such as cash flow statements and forecasts.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
