Job DescriptionDescriptionThe ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and excellent communication skills. While experience in logistics is a plus, it is not a requirement. We highly value candidates with experience in multinational companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records: Maintain accurate records of all transactions in QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare expense reports: Monitor and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform basic accounting tasks: Reconcile accounts, assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure financial compliance.
- Assist with audits: Prepare necessary financial data for internal and external audits as required.
- Provide administrative support: Support senior accounting staff with ad-hoc financial tasks and reports.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information and reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation: Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, Detail oriented
- Understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
