Financial Planning and Analysis Role

This position is for a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional who can drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, as well as preparing and delivering monthly management reporting packages.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial role.

A degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning tools is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present to senior leaders.
  • Optional – CPA, CFA, or enrollment in related certification programs.
