Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards. This position demands sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Sales Operations Manager to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity by implementing data validation techniques and collaborating with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.
