Marketing Strategy Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is a chance to shape and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, create systems from scratch, and drive results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a full marketing strategy, generating qualified leads from international markets, building a robust social media presence, creating content calendars, setting up paid campaigns, and launching a new website.

The successful marketer should have 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties. They should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, excellent communication and copywriting skills, and a creative eye for branding and storytelling.

  • Develop a strategic marketing plan for the luxury wellness retreat project
  • Generate high-quality leads from international markets using targeted online marketing campaigns
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize posts, stories, and Reels
  • Set up and execute paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on social media and campaign metrics
