Role Summary

This role is responsible for efficiently managing cash collection from customers in a fast-paced global team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, both internal and external, while considering cultural and regional differences with respect.
  • Query handling and investigation: Liaise with other departments to resolve queries efficiently and maintain smooth OTC flow.
  • Cash allocation: Identify payments and categorize short paid reasons within the month of payment receipt.
  • Process final notices sensitively, working with internal stakeholders, and take appropriate actions for non-payments, including account closure and service termination when necessary.
  • E nsure all document processes are followed and approvals are obtained at all times.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven track record in successful cash collection in a busy global AR team.
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, prioritizing workload with multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines, with minimal supervision.
