Job Overview

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure seamless performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet targeted objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients in developing task lists to boost productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work closely with clients to help grow their businesses leveraging all services offered by the organization as a Client Services Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management involves effective collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Manage client relationships and needs through various Global Medical services (mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.).
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes).
  • High proficiency in the English Language (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; focused, organized, and growth-oriented.
  • At least one year of experience in Training and Development (preferred but not required).
  • Capacity to think outside the box: ability to understand requirements and create innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working non-traditional hours (e.g., night shifts).

    • Computer Memory/RAM: 8 GB.
    • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
    • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
    • Camera: Capable of clear and crisp video output.
  • Backup System:
    • Option 1: Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
    • Memory: 8 GB.
    • OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
    • Headset: Optional - USB-type with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Option 2 (Power Supply - UPS): Must power workstation for at least 3 hours, typically a device with 240Wh or higher, capable of accepting all required plugs to maintain primary device and work environment.
