Business Insights Analyst

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be the voice of data-driven decision-making within your organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities by leveraging data and creating solutions that drive business success.

About This Role

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will have the chance to experiment, strategize, and optimize initiatives to improve performance. You will analyze complex datasets, build models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs, and influence projects to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to guide efforts with data-driven insights
  • Develop and execute strategies against overall sales org goals for 'winning the market'
  • Experiment with data-driven decision-making and sound judgment to run tests and lead market intelligence efforts
  • Optimize business processes to offer high-quality selection for customers
  • Analyze complex datasets to build models evaluating economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives
  • Influence projects to improve customer experience and achieve targets
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy
  • Advanced SQL experience and visualization skills; Python or other general programming experience a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives and succeeding in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to participate in company-wide training programs
Work Environment
  • Remote work arrangement (onsite reporting may be required)
