Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies that drive real results and meet business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and other relevant tools.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- CRO Strategies: Collaborate with the team to implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
- Data Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Track Record: Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
- Skills: Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies related to ads, familiarity with data attribution models, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaboration: Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
