We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of a Financial Operations Manager. This position offers the opportunity to oversee and manage complex financial accounts, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Key responsibilities include leading financial reporting, including reconciliation, budget analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company cash flow and cost efficiency.

The selected candidate must ensure adherence to corporate policies, accounting regulations, and tax laws. Conducting in-depth financial audits, investigations, and risk assessments is also a crucial aspect of this role.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial account management, accounting strategy, or a related field, is required.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulatory compliance. Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, is also necessary.

Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, are essential for high-level client and stakeholder communication.

A strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills are required for this position. The ability to manage high-value transactions and financial operations efficiently is also crucial.

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₱43,000 - ₱55,000 per month.
