We're seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional support to our US-based consumer goods client.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving inquiries related to account-specific products and services
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the CPG or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written English skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in night shifts and flexible schedules
