Job Description

As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales productivity by providing transactional support to frontline personnel. Your scope of services will include customer set-up, deal fulfillment, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence.

You will also provide business management support and services to frontline units, including nationwide logistics, communication, training, project management, performance management, audit, risk, and compliance coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum three years of relevant work experience in sales support, reports management, and analysis.
  2. Banking experience is highly preferred but not required.
  3. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
