Client Experience Specialist

Job Responsibilities
The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for serving clients to continuously create and deliver value. Key responsibilities include handling customer requirements, such as loading confirmations, arrival notices, and shipment monitoring reports. This involves managing call metrics, soliciting bookings for walk-in and on-account customers, and troubleshooting to manage customer complaints.
Additionally, the specialist handles booking requests from clients and sales, maximizes vessel capacity, and sends pre-alerts for various shipment concerns. They coordinate approvals for special cargo, ensure bookings meet deadlines, and manage amendments and cancellations. The specialist updates clients on cargo details, prepares daily reports, and communicates with internal teams.
