Job Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Time Analyst Lead.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional who can provide expert guidance and leadership in monitoring queues, identifying risks, and making real-time call-outs on performance.

As a successful candidate, you will have the ability to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members, work as a team player and leader, and efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a Call Center environment, basic knowledge of MS-Excel, and a solid understanding of call center KPIs such as AHT, Service Level, and good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Monitor queues in real-time to identify and address any risks to meeting contractual KPIs.
  • Extend support by making real-time call-outs on performance and staffing level to floor supervisors for appropriate action.
