Accounting Professional Job Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill a key role within our organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance, who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, payroll, and other financial dealings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Knowledge of other accounting software is beneficial.
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
  • Total paid vacation days: five per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • Raise per year guaranteed: 5%.
  • Paid break every four hours: fifteen minutes.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after two months of full-time employment.
  • Compensation range: $3.00 - $11.00 per hour.
