CMS Content Specialist
  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented CMS specialist to manage content for multiple brands in a content management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Tasks
  • Content Management: Manage and upload content for various brands, maintaining formatting and consistency throughout.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with translation teams to ensure accurate translation and localization of content, as well as coordinate with design teams for multimedia content readiness.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on content, verifying that it meets established standards before publication.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth content operations, providing regular updates on content status.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online industry, with hands-on experience managing content management systems.
  • Languages: Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Independence and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team.
