
Support Services Specialist

The role will involve providing post-sales support for Enterprise clients, ensuring seamless adoption and use of our products. This position will play an integral part in supporting product and sales teams to improve and refine our offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide billing, quoting, and licensing support to internal sales teams and external customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills to delight customers.
- Develop knowledge of new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for Enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible and adapt quickly while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Extensive background in customer and sales support through various channels.
- Strong customer service skills with empathy and positive language.
- Experience creating quotes and supporting end-to-end order management processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and handle high volumes and demands.
- Robust problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to propose effective solutions and process improvements.
- A positive attitude and timely execution.
- Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products and experience using Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
- Previous experience in the enterprise software industry.
- Process improvement and project management skills.
