Revenue Cycle Specialist Opportunity

We seek a skilled Revenue Cycle Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design training programs tailored for professionals with an accounting background, focusing on medical billing, claims processing, and accounts receivable management.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions on coding basics, reimbursement analysis, and compliance regulations.
  • Develop training materials, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
Technical Expertise
  • Teach insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up techniques.
  • Instruct on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding fundamentals and their integration into RCM workflows.
  • Explain Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies for the U.S. market.
Career Development & Certification
  • Assist trainees in preparing for industry certifications, such as CRCR, CPB, CMRS, and CHFP.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and career guidance for job placement in revenue cycle roles.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Ensure training covers HIPAA, compliance laws, fraud prevention, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least one industry certification (preferred): CRC, CPB, CHF, CMR, CMRS, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management role is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of RCM automation tools and process optimization strategies is desirable.
