Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for processing invoices, applying payments, and reconciling transactions accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. You should also have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently for Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly for Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations.
  • Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts, such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets during Month-End Workbooks.
  • Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring AP closely and ensuring available cash aligns with financial obligations for Cash Flow Management.
  • Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using templates for Financial Reporting.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online for bank feeds, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processing, generating reports, and posting journal entries.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience doing month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Education: Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required for analyzing transactions.
