**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Sales and Growth to join our team at Smoothlink Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive team performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position
  • Above average English communication skills
  • Experience in cold calling and chat support
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
  • Willing for shifting schedule
  • Willing to start ASAP
