**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Sales and Growth to join our team at Smoothlink Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive team performance
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position
- Above average English communication skills
- Experience in cold calling and chat support
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Willing for shifting schedule
- Willing to start ASAP
