Key Responsibilities- Store Operations Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, ensure efficient processes, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve customer complaints or concerns, and promote customer loyalty programs.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, schedule staff shifts, and evaluate staff performance.
- Sales and Financial Management: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
