Optimizing Truck Fleet Operations

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our truck fleet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our trucks are utilized efficiently to meet daily demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of trucks to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal resource utilization.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze fleet performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other operational teams to accommodate changing demands and unexpected changes in schedules.
  • Improvement Strategies: Recommend improvements or strategies to enhance fleet operations and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in managing fleet operations, scheduling, or truck supply roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
