About the Role
This role involves managing and maintaining our social media accounts to increase engagement and followers, creating engaging and compelling post copies tailored for each platform, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience effectively, assisting in copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, collaborating with photographers, models, and stylists to coordinate photoshoots, liaising with suppliers for offline marketing needs, and managing paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar across platforms, create engaging and compelling post copies, monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience effectively, assist in managing and maintaining our social media accounts, help create and schedule social media posts, and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Photoshoot Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to coordinate photoshoots, ensuring all elements align with the brand's vision.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for offline marketing needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality materials.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in monitoring the performance of digital marketing initiatives, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research and Learning: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, sharing insights with the team, learn and grow within the role, gaining experience and knowledge in the field, conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic planning.
- Events and Initiatives: Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and online initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a creative mindset, able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, as well as proven experience in social media management, content creation, and coordination of marketing activities.
