We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Database Development: Develop, implement, and maintain financial databases, software systems, and manual filing systems.
  • Budget Analysis: Prepare and analyze budgets, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Business Operations Analysis: Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
  • Financial Recommendations: Provide strategic financial recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure documentation compliance.
  • Financial Insights: Collaborate with management to provide insights for financial decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in accounting software and tools, Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, Strong ethics and integrity, Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with international or country-specific financial accounting, Knowledge of software like Xero, Quickbooks, Freshbooks, MYOB, etc., Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA), Familiarity with regional financial regulations, Experience with audits.
