Our organization seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
- Process accounts receivable and payable.
- Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to management.
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software.
- At least one year of US Payroll experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting, and financial processes.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
- Available to work initially for 15-20 hours a week following EST Timezone.
- Flexible work arrangement.
