Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team and contribute their expertise in ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting. The ideal candidate is driven, curious, and eager to understand every aspect of project delivery—from conceptual design to code analysis.

This role involves managing projects independently while collaborating with the remote team through reviews, process improvements, and daily communication. The successful Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, integrating permitting processes, working with city planners, and creating both 2D and 3D renderings.

The chosen Architect must possess a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail. They should thrive in a multi-client environment, staying up-to-date with architectural trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed construction documents
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience modeling from point clouds in Revit
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Experience creating 2D/3D renderings and animation (CGI is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Passion for learning and growing architectural knowledge
