Chief Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled financial manager who has 3–7 years of experience in accounting or finance with supervisory expertise and strong knowledge of GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard new clients using templates and assign them to the right team member.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and ensure they feel empowered.
- Review monthly financial reports for errors before sharing them with clients.
- Maintain clear communication channels with clients.
- Monitor team performance to meet goals and balance workloads.
- Collaborate with other managers to resolve issues before escalating them to senior leaders.
- Provide feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and share ideas with senior leadership.
