Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

As a seasoned digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive business growth. This role involves managing end-to-end campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max, ensuring high-quality ad delivery and measurable results.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to inform ad copywriting and campaign optimization.
  • Leverage data analytics tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
