Data Modeling and Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Modeling and Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and testing SAP BW data models within project timelines.

You will work closely with business key-users to acquire knowledge on new IT solutions, such as BW on HANA, front-end tools, and data lake solutions. Your tasks will also include performing unit testing, facilitating user testing, and providing ad-hoc training and basic consulting/IT services.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should have a minimum of 2 years of SAP experience, including at least 1 SAP project implementation and support management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, customize, document, and perform testing of SAP BW data models within project timelines
  • Handle batch cycle operational support (data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management)
  • Acquire and apply knowledge on new IT solutions (e.g., BW on HANA, front-end tools, and data lake solutions)
  • Participate in workshops during project alignment and definition with business key-users
  • Carry out unit testing & facilitate user testing
  • Provide ad-hoc training and basic consulting/IT services
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
  • Minimum 2 years SAP experience with at least 1 SAP project implementation and support management
  • Possess basic business process knowledge in the relevant field
  • Ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environment
  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations
  • English language fluency in business writing and comprehension
