Human Resources Coordinator Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage sensitive data related to payroll, templates, systems, and documentation with precision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing scheduling and setting up meetings across departments and time zones;
  • Making purchases on behalf of the organization in line with internal procedures;
  • Sourcing resumes and assisting with applicant tracking processes;
  • Keeping HR and operations-related lists and records up to date and organized;
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and routing concerns to the appropriate channels;
  • Assisting senior leadership in creating and formatting presentations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration and/or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment;
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Strong data entry skills and comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools;
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, G Suite, and communication platforms like Slack or Zoom;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and act with integrity.
