A highly motivated and results-driven professional is required to manage customer relationships, drive growth, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins, progress updates, and issue resolution
- Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues that may impact customer satisfaction
- Driving renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive relationship management and strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms is a plus
