Apply for a clerical position in data entry and billing.

Location: Remote

Schedule: US Hours – 8am to 5pm EST (8pm to 5am PH time)

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine tasks related to accounting document review, processing, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with office staff and assist with multiple tasks.
  • Organize and maintain all office documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify invoices for proper documentation before payment.
  • Enter invoices daily with the required approvals.
  • Process purchase order invoices and act as the primary point of contact between internal and external parties.
  • Prepare and manage records effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in clerical roles.
  • Familiarity with basic data entry skills, specifically working on the E360 platform.
  • A history of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • The ability to troubleshoot complex issues and adapt to new situations.
  • Proficiency in computer software and business solutions applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Accuracy in calculations and data verification.
  • Ability to create basic reports.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications.
