Data Entry Executive (Part-Time, Home-Based)

Job Summary

HK Consultancy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Inputting and updating data into our database systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience
  • Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is required.
Working Hours
  • Part-time position, flexible hours, to be discussed with successful candidate.
