3D Modeling Expert

We are seeking an experienced 3D modeling professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating accurate and detailed 3D models for building services. They should be proficient in Autodesk Revit and possess excellent skills in content/family creation.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality 3D BIM models, collaborating with project teams, and implementing efficient workflows and processes.

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
