Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to oversee high-level projects at our customer experience centers. This role will be the primary point of contact for strategic Learning & Development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior executive partners, clients, and vendors
  • Communicate and document program requirements and progress to clients, internal teams, and other partners
  • Support the execution, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading large-scale global projects in a project management capacity
  • Proficiency with project management software, word processing, spreadsheet, and flowcharting applications
  • Travel requirement: 25%, must have or be able to obtain a valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
