Job Overview

This is a senior technical position that demands both hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive architectural decisions for our AI agent platform.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical architecture of our AI agent platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth and development.

This role requires a strong background in software engineering, experience with modern technologies such as Next.js, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and balance hands-on coding with strategic decision-making.
