Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to drive employee performance and achieve business objectives.

Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop engaging training content, and measure program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Lead a team of trainers, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development to drive team success.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for all employees, including new hire onboarding, refresher courses, and just-in-time training for process enhancements.
  • Lead and mentor the training team, overseeing their performance and ensuring consistent delivery of training standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Represent the Training team at site meetings, leadership discussions, and organizational gatherings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop strategies, and coordinate enhancements, proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring to support long-term employee growth, development, and performance improvement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a minimum C1 rating on language assessment.
  • Skill in training and instructional design roles, ideally in fast-paced operational environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency and clarity.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Willing to work in night shift schedules.
