We are seeking enthusiastic students to join our dynamic banking team for an On-The-Job Training program. This invaluable opportunity allows you to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned tasks under supervision, familiarizing yourself with our processes and systems.
  • Assist professionals with daily administrative and operational tasks, learn banking policies, and manage data and documentation.
  • Support customer service, conduct research, collaborate on projects, attend training, and ensure all tasks are accurate, timely, and complete.
Requirements:
  • You must be enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or Marketing.
  • You should have attention to detail, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  • You should be willing to learn and be trained.
  • A high interest in making a career within the banking industry is a plus factor.
