Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing in the USA iGaming market, strong industry connections, and a results-driven approach.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio while working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates to grow the partner network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
  • Proven track record working with affiliates in the USA market with strong existing relationships.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team.
