Job Description

A Data Operations Analyst bridges technical data teams and business operations by designing efficient controls of data processing systems. This role is critical in managing and optimizing data processes to support seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Cleaning and Transformation: Identify and resolve data quality issues like duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Establish and maintain data quality metrics, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Manage existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • System Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot data and reporting systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Graduate of any IT or Computer related course preferably Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or Statistics related
  • 3 to 5 years experience
  • Understanding of basic SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Business acumen to effectively translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
