Job Opportunity: Data Insights Specialist

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize data handling processes across departments to ensure seamless data flow and informed decision making.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making, including executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams.
  • Design and implement department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying and proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
