Senior Ecommerce Operations Specialist

E-commerce specialists are responsible for overseeing the overall operation of e-commerce websites. This includes ensuring a seamless user experience, responding to customer inquiries, and optimizing product listings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage website operations and maintain a cohesive user interface
- Respond to customer queries and provide assistance with product selections
- Enhance product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications
- Foster relationships with customers and develop partnerships with influencers and compatible businesses
- Collaborate with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities
- Set prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery
- Develop and maintain initiatives for pay-per-click advertisement campaigns & social media engagement
- At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and non-technical SEO best practices
- Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of CSS Media queries
