The Role

You will work closely with operations teams to manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and ensure consistent compassionate care for seniors in their homes.

When things get hectic, you may assist with administrative tasks or recruitment to keep things moving.

Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules.
  • Respond quickly when shifts are canceled or caregivers don't clock in.
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using a VoIP system.
  • Update records and case notes in a software system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing smoothness.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
  • Generate weekly reports and inform leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling; healthcare experience is beneficial.
  • Calm under pressure and naturally organized.
  • Enjoy solving problems on the fly.
  • Comfortable with remote communication.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and be a trusted partner.
  • Take initiative and be a strong team player.
  • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • Ability to secure necessary technical setup.
