Role Overview

We are seeking a Sports Betting Operations Executive to join our team.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to take their skills and confidence to the next level within a progressive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely responses to trading queries from customers
  • Manage Pre-Match and Live Content effectively
  • Monitor customer sites to ensure accurate odds and display, troubleshooting as needed
  • Oversee settlement and intervene manually when necessary
  • Perform live risk and liability management efficiently
  • Accurately profile the customer base and proactively handle technical issues
  • Contribute to the growth of the team with innovative ideas and approaches
Requirements:
  • Entry-level experience in Sports Betting is essential
  • Knowledge of Cricket and Horse Racing is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities are required
  • Aptitude in Excel and problem-solving skills are necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a natural ability to multitask are also essential
