Account Services Representative

At Tangent Solutions, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our account coordinators, ensuring timely resolutions to customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of account activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist account coordinators in resolving terminal-related concerns and preparing supporting documents for billing.
• Ensure timely resolutions to customer service issues, adhering to agreed-upon service levels.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to escalation procedures among support groups.
• Provide regular reports and updates to accounts, meeting set deliverables and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing presentations for key accounts and attending monthly service review meetings.
• Establish and maintain accurate filing and documentation systems for accounts and company records.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department for supply pickups and deliveries to merchants.
• Ensure quality objectives are met, implementing quality improvement activities as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in executive and/or administrative functions.
• Proficiency in Basic Windows Applications and strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
